Viewing Messages

To view Broadcast Emails online, go to the Broker Connect tab in the navigation menu section, then click View Broadcast Emails.

Enter Keywords and Date Ranges to filter displayed messages.
Note: The longer the date range, the more results displayed and longer load time.

The Inbox displays received messages based on your Email Preferences. Update product type and submarket selections to view more/less emails.

The Sent Items tab displays messages sent via broadcast email by you. Click Resend to duplicate the message sent and edit accordingly.
Note: The Resend option works well with monthly inventory emails.

The Drafts tab displays saved message which can be Edited, Delted or Sent.

The Outbox tab displays messages queued for delivery.
